Quality and other technical information related to this item:

1993
Some respondents who completed the questionnaire months after the reference week entered a date last worked that was later than the reference week. The NSRCG CATI program added a phrase "prior to April 15, 1993," but the SDR did not. It is not known for certain which procedure the NSCG followed. Item nonresponse for the "never worked" mark box was 1.5 percent for the NSCG. Item nonresponse for "month last worked" ranged from less than one percent for the NSCG to 2.3 percent for the NSRCG and 4.2 percent for the SDR. Item nonresponse is relatively low for "year last worked" with 1.5 percent for the NSRCG and 2.1 percent for the SDR.
